the staff was very friendly. they was always willing to help. hotel location is very convenient and i felt safe. i will come back.

i found the breakfast selection extensive with many fresh and delicious options. the staff were helpful arranging tours and providing useful local information. i especially appreciated the birthday dessert provided for my friend and the smooth transfer service.

the breakfast buffet was diverse. it included many fresh and delicious options. the rooftop bar provided great views. the drinks were very good there.

the room i had felt small. it also seemed a bit dated. the check-in process was not very smooth. the staff seemed confused.

an adequate stay but underwhelming

limited english inadequate air conditioning

the location was ideal

the staff struggled with english communication sometimes confusion arose i felt the training could be improved the air conditioning could also be better as there was a noticeable amount of humidity. the facilities are adequate for the price paid however they don't quite meet european standards.
